ForumBot->Updates

Well, here are some updates, as promised for ForumBot. It’s almost complete and now I just need to get users in. Hopefully it’ll be easier than the others.

    ForumBot (was) supposed to be a PHP IRC Bot that you could integrate into your forums. Much like the !topic command. But it also has the !issue command to get data from the support and bug tracker. I’ve stopped development in favor of a new C# IRC Bot called visualBot.
